The inaugural BSL, at which we got far too drunk and didn't bring nearly enough records. So seamless as it may - or may not - have appeared from the dancefloor, there were a few hairy moments. Not least the moment when we thought it was 2am and we'd finished when it was actually only 1am. Luckily, our friend Jeff Automatic from the splendid club Kill All Hippies was prowling the back alleys around Old Street with a sack of tunes, as is his wont, and saved the day.
